The Corporate Barista Training Program by Westend Academy is tailored for organizations in the café, restaurant, and hospitality sector that want to upskill their staff in professional coffee preparation and service.

Across 3 days (4–5 hours/day), participants will:

This program is highly practical, ensuring staff not only understand theory but also gain the confidence to execute consistently in real café environments. At the end of the program, participants will be assessed through a short practical evaluation and awarded the Westend Academy Corporate Training Certificate.
