Day 1 – Introduction to Coffee & Manual Brewing

• History & journey of coffee

• Types of beans & processing methods

• Manual brewing techniques (V60, French Press, AeroPress, etc.)

Day 2 – Espresso Fundamentals

• Understanding espresso machines

• Dialing in the grind & extraction

• Espresso tasting and analysis

Day 3 – Milk Science & Café Basics

• Milk steaming and texturing

• Introduction to latte art

• Café workflow & hygiene practices

Day 4 – Signature Beverage & Assessments

• Crafting your own signature drink

• Creative beverage design

• Espresso-based recipe trials

Day 5 – Final Cupping & Certification

• Coffee cupping and sensory session

• Final assessments (for Westend certification)

• Distribution of certificates
