The Barista Foundation Program is a 5-day intensive workshop focused on building essential coffee knowledge and practical skills.
Participants will learn the complete journey of coffee — from origin and processing to brewing, espresso extraction, and beverage preparation.
The course includes detailed sessions on manual brewing methods, espresso calibration, milk steaming, and latte art. Trainees will also explore café workflow, hygiene standards, and customer service fundamentals — everything required to step into the world of professional coffee.
